Inahurre, from your statement, Daaroods take the blame for what happened in Somaliland. Now, let's be serious about this, Some Daaroods are part of Somaliland, are they to balme as well?????

Sorry Caddeey25, it wasn't my intention to belittle the value of our sisters, doughters, fathers, mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, etc. I was only following the customary way of mentioning particular sex while it at the same time signifies the opposite sex. However, you are right I should have mentioned " sisters" as well. Thanks sister Cadeey25 for bringing the issue to my attention.

nabadraadshe add the word sister to your statement. Not only brothers died sisters as well, on the other hand well done qawdhan for the answer you gave nabadraadshe. Siyad Barre and who ever thinks he was great are behind it.

Inahure i agree with you that the ones behind the big idea were mostly daaroods, but it's not fair to say that all daaroods supported the genocide. I am not sure if the hawiye supported the genocide but i am sure that they just sit idle and did nothing.
Inahurre(July 2, 2008 at 3:47 pm)
no way, stop the crab. daarood were the ones behind the big idea. hawiye supported it, followed closely by others. But other small minority clans had no power, for example the bantu. the blame is in the daarood corner. it is clear.
