for the average computer user the best os IS XP period!!! not mac (cause of cost) and not vista (cause it's just too far out of the ball park for average use(unless your looking for a really good home theater pc)) and like you said not lunix.

You can have a "powerful rig." But, the performance of that "powerful rig" will be limited if the OS is not functional. Remember, a computer can not do anything without an Operating system. If the operating system is not functional, then the most powerful rig is limited in what it can do.
If you want an operating system that is functional, efficient, and maximizes the most of a computer, then I may I suggest a GNU/Linux distro.
If you like gaming, then consoles are the way to go.

"Games are important" Heck yes games are important and just because you dont waist your time playing them does not mean that it is not ok for others gaming is what makes a computer (a gaming computer is better than any other computers componants so if it is good gaming rig then it is an awesome graphics editor or surfer or anything else

If there is anything in computers that I hate, it is the KDE interface for Linux.
I know people swear by KDE, but to hell with that USER UNFRIENDLY interface.
I understand that people think KDE is functional, BUT LET ME ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT MY CUP OF TEA.
But people are able to work with it. I don't know how, but they do.
Speaking of tea, I am going to fix me some tea now.
Take care CrdBrdProjects
Peace

Most excellent. I did not take any offense at all. I understand the reasons for why people use PC's. It's simple. Windows is a standard. And of course when one compares the price of a PC to a Mac Computer, the Mac will always cost more.
For basic computer needs, both Windows and OSX can fulfill all needs.
After all, The operating systems OSX, Vista, XP, Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux distros, and BSD are all preferences.

i am also extremely sorry if my tone was bad, i accidentally mistook you for the guy you were responding to, and my headphones suck ass so i couldn't even tell the accent differences, and the most dipshit thing i did was not watch through your video. im sorry. your video is not mean. its civil, no yelling, you respect PC users, you support mac users, i sincerely apologize, and well, great video!

thanks man, im not agaisn't mac, i don't wanna descredit users, but its just my opinion that PCs are better in upgradibility, not OS functionality, apple operating systems are like windows if you cut most of the bullshit, gave it a new interface and worked out all the errors :p

Congratulations on being the first PC User to make a point on my video while at the same time being Civil.
